Shipping policy
■ Domestic Shipping Fees
Shipping within Japan costs between JPY 250 and JPY 800, including tax, depending on the total weight of the order.
The shipping method, final shipping fee, and estimated delivery date will be displayed at checkout after the shipping address and order details have been entered. The information displayed at checkout takes precedence.
Orders placed and confirmed separately will each incur a separate shipping fee. We cannot combine orders or refund shipping fees after an order has been confirmed.
■ Dispatch Times
In-stock items will normally be dispatched within five business days after the order and payment have been confirmed.
Made-to-order items will normally be dispatched within approximately 7–14 days after the order has been confirmed.
If a different production period or delivery schedule is stated on the product page, in an individual quotation, or in the order confirmation, that schedule will take precedence. For custom orders, one-of-a-kind pieces, and other items requiring specification confirmation, we will provide an individual estimated dispatch date.
If production conditions, a high volume of orders, or other circumstances cause a delay, we will contact you by email or another appropriate method.
Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, Japanese public holidays, the year-end and New Year holiday period, and other store closure days.
■ Orders Containing Multiple Items
If an order contains items with different dispatch schedules, we will generally ship the entire order together once all items are ready.
If you would like the items to be shipped separately, additional shipping fees may apply. Please contact us before the order is dispatched.
■ Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are currently as follows:
・Within Japan: 5–8 business days
・South Korea and Taiwan: 3–8 business days
・Other destinations in Asia: 3–10 business days
・United States, Europe, Canada, and Oceania: 5–14 business days
These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. If a different estimated delivery date is displayed at checkout, the information shown at checkout will take precedence.
Delivery may take longer for Hokkaido, Okinawa, remote islands, and certain other areas, as well as because of weather, traffic conditions, peak carrier periods, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our control.
When a tracking number is available for the selected shipping method, it will be included in the shipping confirmation email.
■ Shipping Addresses
Please enter the postal code, full address, building name, apartment or room number, and all other address details accurately when placing your order.
If you need to change the shipping address after confirming your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We might be unable to make the change once preparation for dispatch has begun.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, an extended absence, refusal to accept delivery, or another circumstance attributable to the customer, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee required to resend the order.
■ International Shipping
Customers in supported countries and regions can place orders directly through our online store.
International shipping fees are calculated according to the destination and the total weight of the order. The final shipping fee, shipping method, and estimated delivery date will be displayed at checkout.
For orders shipped to the United States, applicable duties and import taxes are collected in advance at checkout, and the order is shipped on a duties-paid basis (DDP). Duties and import taxes may be displayed separately from the shipping charge.
For other international destinations, applicable duties and import taxes may also be calculated and collected at checkout, depending on the destination and order details. Any local taxes, customs clearance charges, carrier handling or brokerage fees, or other charges that are not collected at checkout will generally be the customer’s responsibility.
The duties and import taxes displayed at checkout are estimates based on factors including the destination’s regulations, product classification, country of origin, and product value. Additional charges may be assessed by customs or other relevant authorities.
Delivery may be delayed because of customs procedures, local holidays, weather, traffic conditions, or circumstances affecting the local delivery carrier.
For destinations that are not available for direct online checkout, or for products displaying a button such as “Start an inquiry” or “Ask about international ordering,” please contact us using the form below. We will confirm availability, the product price, shipping fees, duties and import taxes, production time, and estimated delivery schedule, and then provide an individual quotation.
