A plain weave tweed-like fabric made from a blend of wool and hemp yarn developed exclusively in Enshu, one of Japan's leading cotton textile producing regions, centered around western Shizuoka Prefecture.

Using old-fashioned shuttle looms, which require visual inspection by artisans and many manual processes, we create a natural fullness and comfortable feel without putting unnecessary strain on the yarn.

The patch pockets are made by stitching together scraps of fabric that are produced during the production process using sashiko stitching.

A tweed-like plain-weave fabric made from an originally developed wool–hemp blended yarn, woven in Enshu—one of Japan's leading cotton textile regions centered in western Shizuoka Prefecture.
